of international trade, customs, export controls, international commercial
transactions, and government contracts.
Ms. Randi Field has advised clients on
matters involving various federal agencies, including the U.S.
International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs, the Office of the U.S. Trade
Representative, the State Department, the U.S. Department of
Transportation, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. She has assisted
clients with international trade matters, export control issues, and
import/export compliance programs.
Her practice includes: antidumping
and countervailing duty matters, intellectual
property-based import investigations, customs audits, drawback,
penalties and forfeitures, tariff classification, valuation of imports,
country of origin marking, foreign-trade zones and bonded warehouses, visa
and quota restrictions, and export control.
Ms. Randi Field formerly was an attorney
with the U.S. International Trade Commission in the Office of the General
Counsel, where she advised the Commission on a variety of international
trade matters, and represented the government before the U.S. Court of
International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
